Overview

The services are required as part of the maintenance plan for the Urban Innovation Centre at 1 Sekforde Street,Farringdon, London. The requirement scope is the supply of all mechanical and electrical maintenance services to the Catapult's premises from 2 January 2018. Maintenance is required in line with manufacturer guidance and statutory requirements. The successful supplier is to take all statutory responsibility (where permissible) on behalf of the Catapult. The building consists of five main floors and two mezzanine floors.The building plant is modern and has easy access through basement area.
