The services are required as part of the maintenance plan for the Urban Innovation Centre at 1 Sekforde Street,Farringdon, London. The requirement scope is the supply of all mechanical and electrical maintenance services to the Catapult's premises from 2 January 2018. Maintenance is required in line with manufacturer guidance and statutory requirements. The successful supplier is to take all statutory responsibility (where permissible) on behalf of the Catapult.
