Overview

The works consist of the following: Modernisation of the two lifts 37 and 38 at Darwin Building, modernisation of lift 46 (goods) at Roberts Building, the modernisation of the lifts in Archaeology building (both passenger and goods). The modernisation of the lifts will be in accordance with the lift specifications accordingly, together with associated mechanical and electrical works in lift lobbies and staircases of each property.
