This procurement is to appoint additional consultancies to UCL's Consultancy Framework within the Building Surveying lot. Building Surveying lot scope includes Condition Surveys, Dilapidation surveys and negotiations, Design, Specification and Supervision of works, Party Wall and Rights to Light advice. UCL's Consultancy Framework was established to support the delivery of UCL's programme of construction works, managed through its Estates Team.
