Bernicia are looking to work with an external partner to design and co-deliver a new Bespoke Leadership Development Programme, aimed at Heads of Service with a socialisation of SLT and Exec. Bernicia need a bespoke and blended learning solution, delivered over a period of time (approx. 9-18 months) to allow embedding and practical application.
