Liverpool City Region – Decarbonisation Project Scope of Work The Liverpool City Region is embarking on a leading programme with the local authority partners to transition the public estate buildings to Net Zero Operation and have been assembling a project opportunity to bid into the upcoming Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Phase 3c (https://www.salixfinance.co.uk/schemes/phase-3c-public-sector-decarbonisation-scheme) to help support the cost of the works. The programme (if successful) would be delivered over 2 years 2024-26 and would achieve a 20-25% Carbon reduction from the built environment.
