Liverpool City Region – Decarbonisation Project The Liverpool City Region is embarking on a leading programme with the local authority partners to transition the public estate buildings towards Net Zero. The programme will be delivered over 2 years 2024-26. All works must be completed by 31st March 2026. This contract is for the decarbonisation of 7 buildings across the Liverpool City Region. These are sites of mixed use (i.e., Town Halls, Leisure, Offices and libraries).
