Newham Council has developed its Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy and is looking to implement the core part of its strategic vision through experienced service providers. Newham council is developing an Intelligence Led model for Rough Sleeping. This will include person-centred plans for rough sleepers, to enable a sense of belonging and purpose in the wider community. The service will develop an integrated outreach approach to Rough Sleeping Pathway's for service users.
