Overview

EQUANS (formerly know as ENGIE Services Ltd) on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking an experienced Consultant (or consultancy team) to prepare a Management Plan for the Kasbah Conservation Area (CA). The Kasbah sits within the operational Port of Grimsby, and the entire area is owned by Associated British Ports (ABP). All leaseholders, however, have full repairing and maintaining leases. At present approximately 70% of the buildings are vacant, a number of which are in very poor condition. A Management Plan is therefore required to assist leaseholders, ABP and NELC in the regeneration of what was the largest fishing port in the world in the early-mid C20th.
