EQUANS (formerly know as ENGIE Services Ltd) on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking an experienced Consultant (or consultancy team) to prepare a Management Plan for the Kasbah Conservation Area (CA). The Kasbah sits within the operational Port of Grimsby, and the entire area is owned by Associated British Ports (ABP). All leaseholders, however, have full repairing and maintaining leases.
