Overview

Successful contractors will be effectively ‘subcontracting’ to LBS, in order to compliment operational resources to meet service demand peaks and / or specialist requirements. The works will consist of the repairs and maintenance, void and planned works to individual properties from the council’s housing stock. On the existing East contract, on average 500 orders per annum are passed to our multi trade contractors. The type of works range from minor works on Responsive Repairs to full Void refurbishments.
