Successful contractors will be effectively ‘subcontracting’ to LBS, in order to compliment operational resources to meet service demand peaks and / or specialist requirements. The works will consist of a mixture of electrical repairs, minor works and void rewires predominantly within the South and East areas of Leeds across Housing Leeds portfolio of properties. Which could include high and low rise flats, houses, maisonettes and sheltered properties.
