Hook Parish Council wish to appoint a Contractor who has demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively with both the Council and key Stakeholders to develop, and consult on, costed options for a replacement Skatepark whose indicative build cost is of order two hundred thousand pounds. Also, a demonstrated ability to assist in obtaining grant funding for the whole, or a substantial part of, this Community Project would be a requirement of the successful Company. The Scope of Works in Stage 2 of the Contract would be dependent on funding for the whole project being secured. Then, the Contractor would be required to prepare construction details and delivery plan for the optimal solution…
