Hook Parish Council wish to appoint a Contractor who has demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively with both the Council and key Stakeholders to develop, and consult on, costed options for a replacement Skatepark whose indicative build cost is of order two hundred thousand pounds. Also, a demonstrated ability to assist in obtaining grant funding for the whole, or a substantial part of, this Community Project would be a requirement of the successful Company.
