Overview

The North East Combined Authority (NECA) is the accountable body for the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP). Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) / NECA seeks to appoint a supplier to develop and deliver a new two-and-a-half-year programme of activity, the 'Growth Hub High Potential Start-Up Accelerator', designed to increase the rate of high growth start-ups. Bidding companies must note that the North East LEP / NECA may also have future requirements which fall within the scope of this contract, which may be called-off as and when required throughout the duration of the contract.
