Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Services

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is being made available by Radius Housing Association Limited (the “Client”) to those Organisations (“Tenderers”) who have expressed an interest in being invited to Tender for the undertaking of periodic and routine grounds maintenance (including horticultural and tree works), cleaning services to hard landscape and associated buildings to the Client’s property (the “Contract”) designated into two Contract areas or Lots. Lot 1 comprising properties in the East and North of Northern Ireland Lot 2 comprising properties in the south and east of Northern Ireland
