2.2 Scope of Works The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: • Periodic and Routine Tasks; • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Major works; • Out of Hours Emergency Works; and • Technical Inspections. Orders may be placed in respect to Works to: • Tenanted Properties; • internal and external Common Parts (including garages, bin stores, refuse chambers and the like); • managed leasehold Properties; • sheltered housing Properties; • supported housing Properties; and • other Tenures.
