Overview
KWL are seeking to Engage with an Estate Agent to manage the Marketing, Valuation and Viewings through to sale completion. It is the intention to award the available work packages to One Provider. Providers must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other providers in the event of service failure. The anticipated start date is 1/8/24. The works will be carried out for 27 properties. Allocation of work will be dependent on the successful tenderers being able to complete works to the agreed standard.
