Georgian Property Framework We own a range of property, from rural starter homes to Grade I Listed Buildings in the centre of Bath, and we have an extensive development and land acquisition programme. We own 500 - 600 listed buildings mainly in the centre of Bath and there is a programme of renovating flats and houses when they become void for market rent purposes.
