Reactive Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements Curo has an obligation to renew the components in our customer's homes traditionally on cycles and additionally, when the need has arisen due to neglect and poor wear and tear of the component. Curo also needs to comply with Decent Homes 2010 and beyond, and to be ahead of the rising need for Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). This contract will deliver reactive replacements to Kitchen and Bathroom components as the need arises. The contract term will be for a period of 2 years.
