Fire Systems Servicing & Maintenance

Livv Housing Group is seeking bids from service providers to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of a single service provider to deliver fire system servicing and maintenance across a number of sites within the Merseyside and Knowsley area. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one service provider. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term, subject to the Group requirements and the performance of the successful service provider.
