Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to refresh and renew its established framework of contractors to carry out repairs and renovations to its social housing stock. For clarity the partners in this tender are Futures Homescape Limited (FHL), Daventry and District Housing limited (DDH) and any other FHG group company. FHG spends circa GBP8 million annually on this type of work. This includes void properties, heating programmes, roofing programmes, major refurbishment and so on.
