External Upgrade Works at Welton Vale Welton Vale is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 7 purpose built blocks, with each block containing four flats (two ground floor and two first floor). Three of the blocks are finished in concrete block, while the other four have a painted smooth render finish. The exterior of these properties are now up for renewal, this project consists of works to refurbish the exterior, including replacement roofs, facias, soffits, rainwater goods, and the preparation and repainting the blocks that have a painted finish.
