Overview
The aim of the client is to ensure and maintain the electrical safety of all of its housing stock. A dedicated property works programme exists but there is also a requirement for installation works to be carried out on an ad-hoc basis commencement being within 5 days upon receipt of instruction/works order. For electrical rewires the expectation is these are fully completed within 3 days, including making good and in the event that a full rewire cannot be carried out for varying reasons there is scope within the contract which allows instead for the upgrade of an electrical installation to which the extent will be determined by the client as instructed.
