Electrical Rewires and Upgrades

The aim of the client is to ensure and maintain the electrical safety of all of its housing stock. A dedicated property works programme exists but there is also a requirement for installation works to be carried out on an ad-hoc basis commencement being within 5 days upon receipt of instruction/works order. For electrical rewires the expectation is these are fully completed within 3 days, including making good and in the event that a full rewire cannot be carried out for varying reasons there is scope within the contract which allows instead for the upgrade of an electrical installation…
