Caerphilly County Borough Council wishes to engage with the market in regard to Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) provision. This Prior Information Notice is to commence engagement with the market and to seek expression of interest from providers who offer an alternative education for the Young People of Caerphilly County Borough Council. EOTAS is a Local Authority provision that caters for anything between 200 and 300 young people across the authority. It is designed to cater for young people whose needs dictate that they cannot access mainstream education.
