Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Council”) has established a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) that is due to expire on the 31 August 2024. This framework agreement is a new tender opportunity for suitable Providers to apply to join this framework arrangement which shall commence from the 02 September 2024. This Framework is being tendered under the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, Schedule 3, falling within Regulation 74-77, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime.
