There is a need to support business directly & facilitate the co-ordination of offers of support from local businesses and the requirements of the community to ensure that any support offered is used in the most efficient & effective manner. Blackpool Council (BC) wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements & who offers the most economically advantageous tender within the budget allocated.
