On behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, Wokingham Borough Council is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new two storey teaching block, together with a three court sports hall and internal alterations to the existing dining hall and science block. Following an initial PQQ evaluation, a restricted number of candidates will be invited to tender. The tender process will be single stage, fixed price JCT 2011 Design and Build contract.
