Overview
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is undergoing a transformation to become a more customer-centric organisation. To support this goal, HMRC has established a Customer Lab to better understand customer experiences across their end-to-end Journey with HMRC services. This contract is for the provision of participant recruitment services to support the Customer Lab.
