Tender Process: The Works will be procured via open tender following the traditional route. The form of Contract will be NEC4 ECC Option A. On the Date of Tender release, the Contracting Authority will provide a detailed design Drawings Pack, corresponding Design Specifications and instructions on the Client's tender evaluation methodology, which will comprise scoring against both Quality and Price. Each tendering party shall be required to provide an Activity Schedule to validate their submission, based on their own take off quantities.
