Overview
The works involve carrying out electrical condition reports to approximately 38,000 domestic dwellings. Any works deemed urgent due to health and safety concerns (category 1 & 2 repairs) should be carried out by the Contractor immediately. The properties are traditionally constructed flats, maisonettes, houses and bungalows located throughout the City of Sheffield. The majority of properties will be occupied during the progress of the works. Properties will be released to the contractor in batches, each based on an order of work (See Section 5: Preambles).
