The works involve carrying out electrical condition reports to approximately 38,000 domestic dwellings. Any works deemed urgent due to health and safety concerns (category 1 & 2 repairs) should be carried out by the Contractor immediately. The properties are traditionally constructed flats, maisonettes, houses and bungalows located throughout the City of Sheffield.
