Overview
We are seeking a consultant to provide temporary support to the team to build the evidence base to feed into our decision on access to data for settlement. This role would be focused on building an evidence base to determine how each of the options being considered to facilitate access to data for settlement would interact with the settlement target operating model (TOM) options currently being developed by the ELEXON-led Design Working Group . This would involve working closely with both the half-hourly settlement team within Ofgem and colleagues leading the TOM development process at ELEXON. Full details of the requirement are set out in the scope of work
