Overview
The National Lottery Community Fund are developing a new annual Community Survey. The Community Survey is intended to replace both the Community Research Index and the Public Perceptions Brand Tracker. The primary objective of the new survey will be to capture trends-based data about the public's perceptions and awareness of the Fund, which will be used to inform one of our corporate KPIs. The survey will also be used to measure public engagement with the Fund's new strategy, and with campaigns and communications run by the Fund throughout each year.
