A Learning Management System (LMS) supports the Fund's Learning and Development team to manage and deliver a comprehensive learning offer including being able to host a range of learning resources in various formats and provides a booking system for face to face/virtual delivery workshops. The LMS provides the ability to record compliance training and has a comprehensive reporting functionality. The LMS is used within the Fund to deliver mandatory/compliance training to ensure we remain legally compliant, support staff to perform their roles and execute their personal development plans through e-learning and to give access to all staff to a portfolio of training sessions and materials.…
