Overview
The FCA require a Supplier to run a 360 process for 578 FCA line managers. We would like all individuals to be able to complete the 360 process within a two year period The 360 system must allowed the required individuals to complete the report at a time of their choosing within the 24 month period. In order to manage this we would require a light touch system (from the FCA administration perspective) with reasonable automaticity and an on demand dashboard or at least 6 monthly aggregate data of status of 360s- in progress or complete and the aggregate data from completed 360s The supplier should be able to provide 2-3 portals as we are keen to pilot a version of the 360 that do…
