Overview
General cleaning services needed in communal areas of properties that may include, but may not be limited to; Sheltered Schemes, Temporary Accommodation, Hostels and a Residents' Community / Resource Centre. Also potential for provisional items to be added, e.g. window cleaning, extract clean of carpets that are needed less frequently on an ad-hoc or planned basis. The Service Provider must be able to facilitate provisional items as and when required. We work with key stakeholder groups to ensure services are tailored to meet the needs of each property.
