General cleaning services needed in communal areas of properties that may include, but may not be limited to; Sheltered Schemes, Temporary Accommodation, Hostels and a Residents' Community / Resource Centre. Also potential for provisional items to be added, e.g. window cleaning, extract clean of carpets that are needed less frequently on an ad-hoc or planned basis.
