Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified Contractors for the delivery of property related works to supplement its in-house Direct Labour Organisation. Carmarthenshire County Council is commissioning a new Property Works Framework to provide property maintenance, disabled adaptations, building improvements, mechanical, electrical, and other associated works required for its housing and non-housing property portfolio.
