In order to continue to drive and deliver excellence within our People Function we recognise the need to explore current best practice in similarly complex organisation and benchmark ourselves to these to identify areas of necessary improvement. We recognise that a modern "best in class" people function is required to ensure the successful delivery of the new CQC Strategy and related transformation programme.
