Commissioners have brought all statutory and non-statutory advocacy services together under a Single Lead Provider model to deliver both efficiencies and a more service-user focused, coherent and flexible service model. The Single Lead Provider shall be contracted to deliver both statutory and non-statutory advocacy in the London Borough of Hackney. The Service shall centre on a single referral management and screening Advocacy Hub. The Advocacy Hub shall direct appropriate advocacy referrals to the correct type of advocacy service.
