Overview
ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the provision of eProcurement services. It is intended that the framework will reflect services such as; eTendering, eEvaluation, eAuction, eContract Management, eVendor Management, Complete eProcurement Solution, Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Forthcoming market engagement shall, however, determine the final services covered. The framework agreement will have the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
