ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the provision of eProcurement services. It is intended that the framework will reflect services such as; eTendering, eEvaluation, eAuction, eContract Management, eVendor Management, Complete eProcurement Solution, Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
