17 177 Lifelong Learning MIS

*THIS IS AN AWARDED OPPORTUNITY* For a Contract awarded under the GCloud9 Framework Agreement for Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) required an Educational Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) approved Learner Management system to collect and track learner data across all funding streams and to produce the ILR data return file with supports the ESFA grant payments. This Contract will enable the Councils Skills and Lifelong Learning team to store all of our learner data in the format required by ESFA, which can then be tracked and analysed through the reporting mechanisms in the Contract. The contract is intended to produce the ILR file in the scheme indicated by the ESFA in a timely manner.
