*THIS IS AN AWARDED OPPORTUNITY* For a Contract awarded under the GCloud9 Framework Agreement for Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) required an Educational Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) approved Learner Management system to collect and track learner data across all funding streams and to produce the ILR data return file with supports the ESFA grant payments.
