The University has a requirement for a contractor to provide a planned maintenance / inspection service to an extensive range of Mechanical, Gas, Air and Refrigerated equipment. Categories of equipment the successful contractor will have to maintain includes but are not limited to: • Air Compressors • Air Conditioning and Chillers • Gas Fired Boilers – Commercial and Domestic • Gas Cookers/Hobs - Domestic • Gas Boosters • Gas Detection Sensors • Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers • Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (incl. fume cupboards) • Steam Boiler • Controlled environment rooms • Cold Water Booster Pumps • LTHW/CHW Pressurisation sets and expansion vessels
