Newcastle City Council and Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) are looking to modernise its current provision of telephony within the Contact Centre and back office. The solution must be scalable and capable of handling approximately 2,000,000 inbound contact centre calls, 900,000 corporate calls outgoing calls and support 130 colleagues. The solution must be future proof and capable of supporting agile and mobile working. The Council require a on-premise enterprise solution.
