The Online Shop is an established part of the British Library's retail offer, contributing around 5% of the overall Retail income, which we hope to grow to 25% over the next 5 years. To do this, we require a platform which offers us the control and flexibility to really start to engage with our customers and strengthen the value we offer as a brand.
