Overview

The Online Shop is an established part of the British Library's retail offer, contributing around 5% of the overall Retail income, which we hope to grow to 25% over the next 5 years. To do this, we require a platform which offers us the control and flexibility to really start to engage with our customers and strengthen the value we offer as a brand. We seek a platform that will both help us achieve these targets and support our work towards a streamlined user experience. The information from this RFI will help to inform our decisions on the future procurement of ecommerce, Box Office and Membership services and systems. NOTE THIS RFI CLOSES AT NOON ON WEDNESDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2018
